Below are some Compendium Reports that you might find useful. The following campus reports are updated on a bi-annual basis each October and March and provide summary data.

Report Description |

A86 |
Snapshot report that provides numerous totals and counts for active and on-leave employees in a single report. (For example: employee counts by time base, number of leaves with pay, etc.) Data is sorted by CBID. |

A87 |
Same data as A86, except the data for the campus overall and is not broken out by CBID. |
|
B47 |
Identifies the average monthly and annual salary (base pay) by CBID and class code. |
|
B48 |
Report of total hours and gross pay for overtime and shift differential. Data is sorted by CBID and class code. |
|
F22 |
Snapshot report that provides numerous pay data statistics. (For example: number of employees paying union dues, total gross pay for monthly employees, etc.) Data is sorted by CBID. |
The following campus detail reports are updated on a quarterly basis each March, June and September, December.
