The IPEDS main menu is shown below. If you need to add employees to the report, type A at the option line and press the enter key. To exit the IPEDS main menu, press the F3 key.

When Option A from the IPEDS main menu is selected, the screen below will display. This screen is used to add employees to the database and subsequent reports. Note: The line and column number from the summary report where the new employee should appear are required entries.

After all entries are keyed for an employee, verify the data then press the enter key to save the changes. Each time the enter key is pressed, a new update screen will appear. After all employees are added, press F3 to exit.
