Locate Report Request (F4)

The F4 key can be used to locate report requests in either your personal library or the common library.

 

To locate a report request, press the F4 key from the main menu.

 

F1=Status  F2=New   F3=Exit    F4=Locate    F5=Sort      F6=Swap Lib

F7=Up      F8=Down  F9=Search  F10=Results  F11=HoldFile F12=Extract

 

At the Locate Report Request menu, type the full or partial name of the report request (e.g., MPP) and press the enter key.

The system will locate the first occurrence of a report that begins with those letters and position that report request at the top of the library screen.

Note:  If the system does not find a report request with the name or beginning letters you typed, it will locate the closest member alphabetically and position that report request at the top of the library screen.
