The rename command (R) is used to rename a report request in your personal library or the common library. Do not rename requests in the common library unless you are the owner.
To rename a report request in either library, type a 'R' at the command line to the left of the report request name (e.g., EMPLIST) and press enter. For example:

At the confirm rename screen, the name of the report being renamed is automatically supplied as the name of the new report. To rename, type over the existing name with the desired new name (e.g., ACTIVE)and press enter.

Note: If a member with the same name already exists in the destination library, a warning message will appear. Supply a new name or press F3 to cancel.
The message RENAMED will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. To clear message, press enter.
