Most monthly cycle reports are updated by the 3rd working day of the current month. However, some reports (for example, leave accounting reports) are not available until mid-month or later.
To identify how often a report is updated, view the Compendium Report Listing and note the cycle frequency for a particular report code. For example, report code A01, Cost of Employee Separations, is updated quarterly (Q).
To estimate the date a particular report is updated, browse a report from a previous cycle and note the date in the upper left hand corner. For example, report code A01, cycle 0309, was updated on 10/28/03.
