By default, report requests in your personal library and the common library are sorted in alphabetical order by name. The F5 key can be used to sort report requests by description or by change date.
To sort the reports in your personal library, press the F5 key while your personal library is displayed.
To sort the reports in the common library, press the F5 key while the common library is displayed.

At the Sort Library menu, type the selection at the prompt (e.g., 3) and press the enter key.

The report requests in the library will be sorted and displayed per your selection.

If sorted by change date, the report requests will be sorted from the most current date to the oldest date.
Your library will retain the specified sort order while you are logged on to your current session, but will return to alphabetical order when you exit CIRS.
The common library will return to alphabetical order when you exit and return to your personal library.
Using the Locate (F4) function in either library will override the sort by description or by date changed and sort the report requests in alphabetical order.
